Great repairman
David diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts needed. He came back the following week after we received the parts. After installing the part he wasn't satisfied with how things were working so he re-did the install and added an additional part. Dryer is working wonderfully now.

Washer repair
Gerald was very efficient in completing the job. The only "concern" I have is if he had a name tag on I could not see it due to him having a jacket on. Even though he called prior to his arrival time I would have liked to see a name tag and for him to state he was from Sears. Otherwise I am very happy with the service!

Excellent Repair Person
David was an excellent repair person, because he actully listen to what I had to add to the subject of the repair to Our Samsung washer. The only problem is that the part that We needed to fix the washer, wasn't available at this time. Now, IF I could have been able to contact Sears BEFORE Our appointment and give them the part number, Our washer would have been FIXED NOW! Sears needs to make the Appoinment application's, easier to add a message, or whatever to the Repair Person's note's, etc.
