Our side by side started to lose ability to cool. Sears Appliance Repair dispatched Tim to our residence. Lucky for us. Tim was totally professional and customer focused. He is the person you want if you need service and is the person you want if you own a business and want happy customers. He quickly diagnosed our issue took care of our issue.
