The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and on time. The automated service that prepared for the appointment was very disappointing! The timing was off and the information was totally incorrect. The automated.messages to confirm the appointment had the day wrong. The time wrong and the service call reason wrong and incorrectly told me there would be a charge when he arrived even though my warranty covered.it! I would have definitely canceled the entire appointment if Tim had not called me.And let me know he was coming and clearing up the confusion. Tim was great. Efficient and knowledgeable. But the AI service sucks.

Jerry was very accommodating with his schedule and my work schedule. It is unreasonable that a company expects someone to just sit at home all day waiting 8-3 pm. I have a job, so I can pay my bills.
