Tim was fantastic! He’s caring and a meticulous worker. Thank God he was finally able to come back after weeks of no show and cancellations by others including James’s visit where he broke our water line had wrong truck and couldn’t repair our fridge. Tim was shocked our fridge hadn’t been fixed when he came today. You are VERY lucky to have him!
