The technician was wonderful did his work very pleasant the timing that you give from 8:00 in the morning till 5:00 p.m. is a bit much wish you could give people a little less of a window and more of a notice as to when you're going to be coming

He was great! Polite, efficient and knowledgeable! And best of all my washer is working! There is only one thing I that he forgot and so did I and that was he was going to check my dryer! We need to schedule that!
