David tried the best he could fixed on my washer. But sadly can't replace or fix. Because my washer is 11 years old.

The appointment process to secure a technician went well. The technician kept me apprised of his schedule and arrival time. I tried cleaning my stove's ignition ports with paper clips as specified in my manual, but it did not work. When the tech arrived, he asked me for a paperclip, and he cleaned the ports. I think the techs should have advanced tools, so the process at least seems more professional than asking the resident for a paperclip to render the service. No offense to the technician.
