Timothy was professional and knowledgeable. He was terrific. My issue is with your company because my original appt was the day before and at 5:00, expecting a 5:20 arrival-which had been pushed back several times, I got a notice that my appt was pushed to the next day. There was no human being to call. I tried several numbers which led me to the same dead end recorded message. This is ridiculous and even though Timothy was great, I’ll never use your service again.

Like I told them. When you need an appliance fixed it's usually in the next day or so,not two months later. Screw sears. Went and bought a different brand.
