SKIP the hasstle. Automated AI only service. Sceduled. Recived texts & updated times. No show for time. Even got email with "now that repair is complete" ... discount on service plan. Will only reschedule. Phone # given for help is automated line.

Do not use this company! The technician did not arrive for our scheduled appointment (that we prepaid for) and now will only reschedule a week out due to their own unprofessional mistake. They also will not reimburse us for diagnosis fee when they missed the appointment. Worst customer service ever experienced!!

Horrible experience. You sent me a tracker at 6:30 this morning it told me 1:30 PM I checked it again around 10 and it told me 4:30 PM then I get a phone call at 11:09 that they are 10 minutes away. Completely unacceptable!

Washing machine wasn't spinning out or draining. Michael came a day late, ran the machine left water filled in the machine told me how much to repair. Said he couldn't drain the water, that I (the consumer) needed a shop vac. A bill would be sent to me, less than 15 minutes he was here. Didn't do anything except be rude and late. I am not paying anything.

Firstly, you cannot talk to a person until a technician is on the way to your house, they've automated the entire process. This also means that anything like 'a weird street name' means that they cannot process work orders. For example, I live on Rahn Rd, so when I scheduled the appt I stated my address as "## Ron Road, that's R-A-H-N". Get to the day of and the website that's linked to be your order page never shows the correct time and the agent map never works, so at 12:30PM its still saying a tech will show up at 7:32AM (they were scheduled for 8A-12, so even if that were the case its garbage). Technician calls an hour late stating that he can't service a work order for a wrong address that 'you have to call and place a new one, soonest is probably a week or two out', so I try to call and *cannot* talk to a person; after iteratively trying their clanker tells you "we're an entirely automated service now, you cannot speak to a human", so I'm just wholly unable to have my washer repaired by them. Not only am I extremely dissatisfied with every step in this trash process, I'd sooner burn down the call center than try to use them again. Unfortunately, Google won't let me leave less than 1 star.

Sears Home Warranty is a SCAM!! We had to cover a big ticket service visit out of pocket due to nobody communicating within Sears! We are canceling all of our home warranties and will never be using them again. Would recommend to run for your life if you’re asked to purchase a home warranty. We have been on the phone for 4 hours today and transferred to 10 different people. Nobody takes responsibility.

I would not recommend this company for any repair. It is poorly run, unreliable technicians, ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT A HUMAN! You cannot even email them let alone call someone. The only interface they allow is AI and it can't do anything helpful. We had three different appointments that the technicians NO SHOW/NO CALLED. Three working days taken by this company with no apology, no compensation, and again no way to contact them. Each time our appointments were in the window of 8-12 and about 4:45 I received text messages from AI saying that "MY REQUEST" to reschedule the appointment had been accepted. I never rescheduled an appointment they just missed them and rescheduled for me. Do not use this company unless you enjoy wasted time/days, and extremely poor or NO customer service.

We were assigned Sears from our home warranty company, unfortunately. After waiting weeks, taking a day off work, waiting all day for a tech to come out, I get a text with a picture of my mailbox saying I wasn’t home. I was home and all my ring camera footage confirmed nobody pulled in the driveway, much less approached the door or rang the door bell. My wife and I have spent a combined 12 hours on the phone trying to get them to come (we already paid ofcourse!), hundreds of dollars in missed work pay, hundreds of dollars spent at laundromat. Nobody will come back, they won’t give us our money back, and no matter who we talk to they “aren’t authorized to let us speak to a supervisor.” So there is no recourse for any customer no matter what happens to them. Our home warranty company says they will never use Sears services as a provider again and I, my wife, and our home warranty company will be reporting them to the better business bureau today. Call someone else. Don’t be scammed!
