Danny was very polite and tried hard to figure out what the problem of my washing machine was. Unfortunately, the problem remains, but it is certainly not because he hasn’t tried to solve the problem. When he left, he encouraged me to call back if the problem continued, but after so many visits and three different technicians I feel exhausted from the effort over the last month and a half. I regret trying to fix something that perhaps is unfixable. The money would’ve been better spent on a new washer.

I have a Home Warranty so cost was not much out of pocket just my deductible. Tech came out looked over my 18 year furnace and saw all the problems. Now I am getting a new furnace for few hundred bucks. Can't beat that

Did a great job and took extra steps to find the issue. He thought he had it solved but wasn’t positive so he went a few steps further and found the real issue. Thank you! My complaint would be at the website communication. They alerted me the tech was on his was and said an arrival time. 40 minutes later the tech called and said he was 30 Minutes away (and arrived at that 30 minutes).
