After Five attempts from the Technician, I finally got a Tech who knew exactly the correct parts to order for my Heavy Duty Sears Kenmore Washer & “Duane” also returned to successfully complete the repair job! Duane was knowledgeable, explained the problem and neat in his work. He is polite, friendly & was thorough. I was very disappointed with the earlier Techs.who did not show up during the 8 to 5 pm window hours. I had to change and cancel my personal appointments several times, when the Technician did not show up …..had to wash my weekly laundry elsewhere …..I have been for years, a faithful longtime customer, depending on Sears Home Care Warranty Services…. My family is glad , we finally got the Sears Washer working good, as I have also taken great care of all our Sears appliances,under the Sears Protection Plan! We certainly miss the Original Sears Company…. Will regret when we leave your program! Thanks for listening!

Christopher showed up a scheduled - did a quick inspection of my "problem" only to determine there was a item or two that had fallen out of the back of the freezer causing the door to be off-balance - creating an air link. He could have simply gone with my assumption of a faulty seal and just cleaned out behind the door and installed a new (not needed) gasket.
