Your service person was 3 hours late arriving, but when he came, he was efficient in his inspection. He also explained why the driver was tearing holes in my T-shirts -- because of a probe that comes out to sense the humidity poking holes in my T-shirts when dried with wet towels. There should have been a GIANT warning about this!

Mr. Stephen is the best repairman. He has worked on my riding mower before and always makes sure it is working properly before he leaves. He is quick and knows his stuff. Good guy! Sears should be glad he is on their team
