I am satisfied with the service provided by Christopher. He was friendly, prompt, informative and apparently skilled. All email correspondence associate with this service was accurate and informative. I did receive a computer generated phone call claiming to be associated with Sears. The information in that phone call contradicted the information provided by Christopher. I chose not to follow-up on that phone call and I chose correctly. If that phone call was associated with Sears, I recommend Sears take serious consideration to coordinate their technological correspondence with customers.

Excellent 5 star service for the 2nd time in 12 months. The technician had to replace a failed ( new) repair part after just 1 year....no reflection on his part....but possibly a reflection on the durability of the parts being purchased by Sears Home Services. Again, service technician was 5 Star !!

Chris came in , knew what was wrong and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and appreciated that. Harold finally got here at 12:35 after much complaining to Choice Warranty. He felt leak came from spill over container that had a space for water to drip. Fixed with tape. Said if it continues it is then inside the refrigerator and at that point would have to be replaced. He did not have me sign anything when he left.
