Guy was nice and helpful. Only downside was my appointment window was 8am-12pm and he didn't come until 11:30am.

Our original appointment was moved from last Friday to today (Tuesday). The repair was done and the dishwasher works, but the technician neglected to replace the screws holding the dishwasher in when the door was open and the insulation was not replaced correctly. Had to do that myself. Between the rescheduled appointment and the incorrectly completed job, I can only give 3 stars.

Once the technician finally showed up (after "automated" rescheduling 4 times!), he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the parts he needed were not available (not just backordered - really not available!) so he couldn't repair the appliance. And I had to pay $129 for that 4-times rescheduled no help visit.

Very disappointed that the scheduled appointment was over 3 hours late so there was not enough time to perform the maintenance, tune-up service (oil change etc.), which will cost me over $100 more to reschedule. As well, there were issues with the scheduling software, specifically, when trying to confirm the appointment and no space to communicate the type of service needed. That said, Steve was positive and took the time to fix the wheel.

We have a cloths washing machine that appears to have a drain pump that needs replaced. We called Sears Home Services and set up for a service technician to come out the next day. As the day went along I kept getting updates for the time when the tech would arrive and it kept getting move back. AT 4:01 PM i got a text saying that they would not make it out that day and could they reschedule for the next day. We went ahead and rescheduled for the next day. All of this was done talking and texting with a bot, not a real human. The second day just like the first day. The arrival time kept being pushed back. I called them and the bot told me that the tech had two more in front of us and would then be at our house. The time kept being pushed back and eventually was as late as 7:10 PM and then even that time disappeared. When I called the bot claimed they were still coming. I could not talk to a real person. After I texted again at 7:30 PM the bot finally admitted the tech was not going to show up and could I reschedule again. I had enough and cancelled the appointment.
