Horrible service DO NOT USE! Our dishwasher has been having issues so we scheduled an appointment for repair. Technician came out said he repaired it, within an hour the dishwasher is leaking all over the place. We schedule a time for them to come out again, then get a notification that they came but we weren’t here with a picture of our front door… We were here they never knocked/ rang the doorbell. Rescheduled again, once again “we came but you weren’t home” with a blurry photo of nothing as proof. We were sitting in front of the door waiting, they were never here. To cap it all off there is no avenue to talk with a real person, it’s all AI that can’t actually answer or help when you’re having issues. And now that i’m leaving this review the only response i’ll get is an AI generated comment saying “I’m sorry you’ve had this bad experience, please reach out to us at this number” and that number? THE UNHELPFUL AI CHAT BOT! Absolutely infuriating, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I needed washing machine repair. It turned out it was my lid lock which I suspected. I was asked to pay upfront for the part and labor, even though the part had to be ordered. The cost was $535. The part was delivered to my home from Amazon, it cost less than $50. The wrong part was ordered and it didn't fit my washer. Since they don't have parts on hand, I'd have to wait another 4 days for the repair to be completed and would have been charged another $129 fee. I tried to call and get a live person, spent two hours on the phone and got no where. Finally, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Shame on Sears and Shane on me for paying in advance of the service being completed.

Washer cannot be repaired under 900 dollars due to parts and labor. Currently charged for service call to apply to parts and repair needed. I received a no show text saying no one was home to get service done. The address given was wrong. The photo of the house/property was wrong. That address doesnt exist anywhere in this state. Where did the house photo come from and why suddenly delete the photo? Still waiting on service. After an hour on phone with your company and updating the address information, I received a confirmation text showing the same wrong address. Also received two seperate days of supposed service scheduling. Also, still saying im scheduled for initial consultation and not the parts and services needed. Is this a circus?

No help. Arrives after 5 pm after all I received all day was would arrive between 8-5. Two minutes said could not order ice maker cause it is proprietary item was a Best Buy brand only. He left and closed my ticket. No fixed ice maker and I have start from the beginning, again. Extended warranty! Wonder if this has something to do with why they do not want to pay anything extra!!!!!!

The Tech came by and caused damage. He said has a bad 24v terminal he disconnected and recommended replacement He disconnected the unit and left disconnected or created the short to unit We were ok before he got there and now have NO HEAT This is very Serious They went from heat only reaching 65-68 to now NO HEAT AT ALL You caused significant damage and we are initiating a lawsuit if this is not corrected by 4/5/2026 Thank you 🙏 Sincerely IPI

We made an appt for dryer repair. Heating element replaced after waiting 1 week. Dryer not working on 1st attempt after repair. Now, due to AI platform used by sears, I’m unable to discuss situation with a live person and explain the need for further follow up by repair technician. Customer service is non existent and unable to assist other than setting up new appointments.
