This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with repairs. Our home warranty company set us up with sears home services to repair our refrigerator/freezer/ice maker. We have had to reschedule our appointment 3 times now because after waiting for 4.5 hours on the date of service for a repairman to come out (a window of 8am-5pm) we get a text saying our appointment is cancelled and we need to reschedule. I cannot get a human on the phone to speak to, only a virtual menu option. It is incredibly frustrating and I would give zero stars if I could.

Had an appointment scheduled last week that they canceled the day of saying they were no longer available. Rescheduled for today with a window from 1-5. I kept tracking the status and it would say arriving by 5:14, 6:45 etc.. In the end, nobody ever showed up or called. I was home all day waiting. Horrible service!

Would give zero stars but can’t. Was given a timeframe to be available from 1-5 pm. Never received a call from the service provider to confirm a time. Was sent a survey asking how my experience was. Call the number and they said that I wasn’t home and didn’t answer the phone. Website said they would arrive at 2:55 pm and I was home at that time. Never received a call from the provider. Now being told to go through the warranty company again to try and reschedule.

Zero stars!!!!! Will never use again!! Showed up 2 hours outside the window. Did not complete any work but billed for an estimate. When contacted Sears to fix this, I was offered an apology and told to call my home warranty. This is ridiculous!!

No one never showed up nor called about a delayed. It is now 4;06 pm and I still have not seen nor heard anything new. My stove still is not fixed.

I made an appointment to have my dryer fixed. I waited almost 2 weeks for the appointment. Leading up to that point I provided all the information they requested. On the day of I got an alert updating us when the driver would be there, as well as a map to track him. Right before he was supposed to be here, someone from customer service called and cancelled the appointment, and after speaking to several people, they refused to send anyone out sooner than 2 and a half weeks from the original appointment day. After taking the day off of work and nobody arriving, I had to go with another company. Having your customers wait 5 1/2 weeks for a repair is unacceptable. If the appointment is canceled because of you, then you should reschedule within a few days at most. Do not go with this company for your repairs. They are completely unreliable.

I moved into my house in 2017 with the refrigerator in place. I had the manuals etc. but not the receipt. I called a local repair company to fix it when it quit working properly. They identified that it was still under warranty and were unable to fix it as such. I then called and scheduled a warranty service call. I talked to at least 13 people after my technician was a no show after multiple delays. When I called to reschedule it, they weren't able to accommodate for even an ESTIMATE prior to 2-3 weeks. After requesting a supervisor and/or an onshore representative (which I never got), I finally gave up. I went and bought a new refrigerator, (not from Sears or Kenmore brand). The technician was just fine today. He was communicative and understanding of my frustrations and fixed the refrigerator within the timeframe expected. I hope this survey isn't a reflection of him because he would be a 5 star. But the company, I will never work with again. You have lost me as a customer.

My appointment was from 8 to 12, @ 1 I checked, and it said 2:45, but no one had ever shown up. Now you send me a copy of a receipt with some one else signature. So you either fixed some one else dryer or just pencil whipped it.

Technician was not very professional. Seems like he did not know how to fix the problem. Took him all day to replace the parts ordered by the previous technician. Kept complaining about having to stay long to do the job. Damaged the baseboards when moving the refrigerator.
