No technician
No one ever came to work on our refrigerator. We never got a phone call or any message saying someone wouldn't be here. We have been without a working freezer now for 8 days and we have 3 kids. This is a huge inconvenience!

Repair dishwasher
The dishwasher wasn't put back in place correctly and now the underneath is showing and there is a huge gap between where wood floor was and where dishwasher now sits. In addition, they scratched the wood floor in a couple spots when sliding it in and out.

Refrigerator repair
I told several people what was wrong with the refrigerator, it was a simple fix. Just a door switch. So we still don't have a door switch in the light works for now but it's giving us trouble before. So after giving him the part I needed when he came out he still didn't have the part. If you just left the part with me I would have put it on when it acted up again. So are you guys going to wait those out of warranty before you fix it.

Unprofessional
I was asleep upstairs after working a night shift so my 18 year old let the tech in for repairs. The tech was mad because the light had went out. Still plenty of light from the hallway. Asking what kind of parent doesn't have a light in the laundry room. If I was told while he was here he would have been removed from the property. Will never use this company again and will report to the warranty company.

Not good
There was a burnt smell when turning on the furnace. He replaced the motor. Which I'm sure did need replaced as it is original from bldg construction in 2003. However, if the motor were the only problem, why no smell when running the AC? He said it must be coming from ask the dust in there and suggested calling someone to clean out ductwork - drywall dust. From 2003?? Again, why not an issue when using AC? And why no smell for the past 19 years? Nothing is fixed!! New motor, I'm sure it's nice, but still nothing fixed!

Poor
We are very unhappy with our general service. Our refrigerator wasn't working. We waited 3 days for a diagnosis. Then 2 weeks for parts and service. One of the parts was not the correct part. So, one week since service, our refrigerator is not working again. Our time and loss of food is really troublesome. Debbie Mears
