Our Sears technician was fantastic! He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. He made sure to assess the complete system and speak with us about what we heard and experienced when our air conditioner stopped working before jumping to any conclusions. I would recommend Sears to everyone for air conditioning repair.

Dryer repair and cleaning
Harold was great but Sears must always over schedule each day. I scheduled 5 different days to complete the job. I waited and waited to wash some dresses to make sure they didn't shrink before having them shortened. Actually I washed them on the 4th day scheduled and couldn't dry them because I had to schedule a 5th date for two weeks later. I was even getting emails very late like at 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm informing me that the repair man was 30 minutes away.

Rennie, was extremely good at detecting the issue. He immediately did a great job and didn't make me feel like I was some dumb person who can not clean the clogged plug. However, the design of the LG should be improved. I will not recommended buying this Refrigator. Would not buy it again!
