Very knowledgeable
I appreciate the time spent explaining what could be the reasons for lack of air flow. He checked a few vents, looked at my new air filter and suggested a different one. Looked at the unit inside the house as well. And also suggested I get my air ducts cleaned. R12 he said was not really low after checking unit outside. I will clean the vents and replace the vent covers. I will also look at getting ducts cleaned out.

He fixed it finally
Worst experience ever. No common courtesy. Technician rescheduled 4 times and did not even attempt to apologize. He was rude at the end of job saying it wasn't him fault that a I could call someone else he didn't care. I sure hope I don't need to use this warranty or Sears appliance tech appliance I was not impressed at all with how I was treated from the beginning. Nothing happened promptly

He did not take the time
He seemed confused about the type of dishwasher he had and he was using chat gpt for answers. He did not do a thorough job and my husband fixed the problem after he left. He quoted us 800$ without a thorough inspection of our dish washer. He wasted our money and we would like a refund. I would not recommend your services to anyone

Dishwasher diagnosis
Trevor literally ripped off our cabinet and drawers by pulling wildly that dishwasher. Now we have to deal with fixing the cabinet, drawers and finding a replacement for the broken pieces that he ripped off. This was a huge disappointment. We'll never use Sears again.

Wort technician ever seen in HVAC repair industry
Technician entered the house started asking for his fee, instead of asking what is problem or where is your hvac/thermostat. While checking hvac , continuously hitting some button in his mobile which was triggering a call to my phone for payment. As soon as I paid, he said he diagnosed the issue and will submit the estimate through his system.

Horrible service!!
Not only was I told he'd be here from 9-12, he was 2 1/2 hours later!! He arrived at 2:30, didn't apologize and he hardly did anything!! He was here probably no more than 10 minutes and told me it needed to be replaced. Admitted he didn't know what is wrong with it. Then left. I wasted a whole day for nothing!!!

This place is a total ripoff and I will tell everyone!!!
Don't know where you get your parts but he told me one part was 400 and the other was 300 plus 300 for repair I got both parts for less than 200. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to never call your company. I hope you enjoy the money you ripped me off for. You company really SUCKS in my opinion!! Ripoff Sears-A-E

Sears failed miserably
Sears has caused us to wait since July 15th to come and repair our air conditioner.Sears came three times, did nothing,and today the technician came and would would not even put freon in the system. Your treatment of us has been horrible. I am cancelling Choice, and while I always counted on the good services Sears provided with the Sears products I own, Sears is now persona non grata from now on. A Thomas
