SCOTT WAS GREAT. TOOK THE TIME TO SORT OUT ORDER ISSUE THEN COMPLETED THE INSTALLSTION OF PARTS, CHARGED THE SYSEM AND REVIEWED CALL AND RECOMMENDATIONS. LET ME COMMENT ON YOUR CALL LOGGING AND UPDATE SYSTEM. OVER ALL IT STINKS. IT TOOK ME AT LEAST 10 CALLS OVERALL INTO YOUR AI SYSTEM TO FINALLY GET SOMEONE OUT TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. EVERY TIME I THOUGHT THE THE AI HAD UPDATED THE PARTS STATUS AND RESCHEDULED THE CALL I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL THE NEXT AM STATING THE CALL WAS BEING RESCHEDULED OUT ANOTHER WEEK DUE TO PARTS NOT DELIVERED. IT GOT SO THAT THE LAST THING I WOULD DO WHEN ENDING THE AI CALL, I WOULD ASK FOR PARTS STATUS UPDATE. IT WOULD TELL ME THAT TWO PARTS WERE DELIVERED AND THAT I CONFIRMED THE RECEIIPT OF THE "VALVE". BUT WHEN I WOULD GO BACK IN THE NEXT DAY - AFTER GETTING THE RESCHEDULE NOTICE - I WOULD FIND THE THE "VALVE" PART AS NOT DELIVERED. AND I REPEATED THIS PROCESS SOME 8-10 TIMES. FINALLY I OPENED A NEW CALL AND IN THE COMMENTS AREA I ADVISED THAT I HAD ALL NEEDED PARTS IN MY POSSESSION. WA -LA . SCOTT SHOWED UP TODAY - SPEND ABOUT TWO HOURS HERE AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE REPAIR HAS BEEN COMPLETED. HE ADVISED A 36 HOUR COOL DOWN PERIOD THE VERIFY REFERIDGERATOR IN FUNCTIONING AND READY TO RECEIVE FOOD CONTENTS. YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO REVIEW THIS CRUMMY AI SYSTEM.........
