Phil did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing two different issues - a sensor on a dryer and circuit board on a dishwasher. Highly recommend!!

Service Tech Rennie is very good, respectful and knowledgeable. The issue is knowing when the tech will arrive. 8am to 5pm is useless. At least AM or PM would be better. Email notice that tech is on the way is nearly useless since no information about expected arrival time. Why not have the tech call and give and ETA so the home owner can be prepared?????????
