Washer was constantly going out of balance. The first time Marcus came he quickly figured out the issue. Parts had to be ordered, so he did that and set up a return visit. He returned the next week and installed the parts in a short time. The washer is running well without balancing issues. Marcus was professional and did the job in a timely manor. He arrived on time as per his calls or text. I am very happy to have my washer back in operation.
