You rescheduled my first appointment my problem still isn’t fixed although they did put new parts on the door. I am going to the next thing to see what I can do because the light still doesn’t come on when you open the door you have to push the door all the way back to get it the light to come on they say it’s a wiring problem.

My service repair man for the furnace was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem (the transformer) and made a quick trip to the electronic supply house for a new one and the furnace came back on and we are once again warm. Thanks to Nick and Sears Appliance repair.

Requested on-site from Sears for a relatively simple repair - brackets for a dishwasher. Multiple attempts with terrible text service, and then the service tech while en route stated that installing brackets was going to be between 4-600 dollars. These people are terrible!
