Samsung dryer repair. Eric was prompt and very thorough and helpful. Unfortunately the part needed is no longer available, but luckily we can still use the dryer on a different setting. We were still stuck paying a $135 "diagnostic fee" but at least we know what's going on with our dryer. While not his fault, it's very disappointing that a $2000 dryer that's less than 5 years old no longer has parts available. That's a Samsung problem. I would highly recommend Eric for future appliance issues.
