The washer had been working perfectly, but one day after the wash cycle finished the end of cycle alarm was not normal and the washer wouldn’t start again. Unplugged and called 800-469-4663. Had to “talk” to a virtual agent. NO WAY RO TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON! Had to repeat phone number and email NUMEROUS times to make “her” understand. Then, when the technician arrived the dumb machine worked and he left. When the cycle he started ended the machine made the same lame end of cycle sound. I tried to work through ordering another service call. Nightmare “conversation” with the robot. Some business school knucklehead must be responsible for this operation.
