Greg's service was great. Give that guy a raise. But the window for service was 1-5PM and he showed up at 5:45. This was not his fault, I blame the scheduling for making me wait around all afternoon.

Technician, Greg, was thorough, personable and explained and showed me what he was doing and looking for. However, while the area of the water leak from the washer could be identified the leak could not be replicated . Discussed options and decided to keep a watchful eye on this and contact if it recurs. Tech spent approximately 1 1/2 hours trying to pinpoint the leak. Have done 3 loads of laundry since he left with no water leaking .
