Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable with the AC. He diagnosed the problem promptly, ordered the parts, and came back a few weeks later to install the parts. My only concern was that it took about 4 weeks for the parts to arrive. This, however, something the technician could do nothing about. The parts department could do a better job.
