Technician was a 5-star. But nothing substantive accomplished. Back to square one with my broken Kenmore refrigerator. Here's an analogy: would you pay the same price for a 2 or 3-year old car as a brand new car? How about a 5,6 or 7-year old car? I didn't think so.
