Technician, Greg, was thorough, personable and explained and showed me what he was doing and looking for. However, while the area of the water leak from the washer could be identified the leak could not be replicated . Discussed options and decided to keep a watchful eye on this and contact if it recurs. Tech spent approximately 1 1/2 hours trying to pinpoint the leak. Have done 3 loads of laundry since he left with no water leaking .

My technician was Eric B., who was there to fix my dryer. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable about his work, and was able to complete the job fast. I would absolutely recommend this technician again.
