Excellent he is a top notch employee
Sears should be grateful to have such an excellent person as LILo. He is gracious and so knowageable and efficient it is a pleasure when he comes to our home. Thank you.

Repairmen were friendly efficient. But no one showed up for the first two appointments But that's the companies fault. When they did show up they had to order the part. Installing the part was a breeze and didn't take long. ThIs whole process took 4 days. I don't know how you stay in business .This is not the same Sears. Very disappointing.

John showed up, recognized immediately that my problem was likely board-related and provided an estimate to let me make the best decision. I wish the previous tech had kept on my original concern, but John bent-over backwards to help. The effort John made single-handedly will prevent me from blacklisting Sears for future repairs
