My Rate for your tech is negative 10
My food is freezing in my refrigerator. Your tech: that is normal food freezes on top shelf Me: it freezes on all shelves. Tech: Temps can fluctuate by 10 degrees all day long depending on the weather outside. Me: inside temp does not fluctuate 10 degrees the AC would come on. Tech: the temp was 38 when I got here and now it is 47 Me: why Tech: because I have the door open Me: your point??? He said I would not listen and walked out. I said is there something wrong with ot he said I don't know have a good day and left.
