He was the 2nd person to come to the house to fix the washer. He came out the part on and said that it still was not working and needed another part ordered that part and came back later that week and put the part on. Worked. We started washing clothes and so far all good. Thank you

Kurtis was careful, PATIENT, knowledgeable, well-versed in his work. He worked efficiently and effectively. He came here at 7 pm, replaced a heating element and a safety thermostat . It's nice to have people like Kurtis who know what they've doing and do it exceptionally well. AND he came in 10 degree weather. Thank you for taking care of us.
