Wrong part
The first technician thought I needed a pump and the second one said he was wrong. I needed a motor which cost $250 more so I am not happy at all.

I will never use your company again. Took 4 weeks to get in part. Your techs did not show up until really late in the evening, well after the 8am to 5pm window. Never again.

Review
Elbert could not find anything wrong with my mini-split unit. It is not throwing out warm air, as it should be doing. He said he had read an error code, and he and the others he works with determined it meant the outside air was too cold to allow the unit to warm the house. The outside temperature was 44 degrees! The unit will operate in temperatures as low as -13 degrees. He said that is just the way the mini-split systems work. That is absurd. Additionally, I told him another HVAC technician was out two weeks ago, and he said the unit was low on freon due to a leak. I told Elbert this, and he brushed it off. I STILL do not have a working unit! Finally, Sears emailed me an estimate I supposedly signed. He did not have me sign anything when he was here. Furthermore, the signature displayed in the email looks nothing like my signature.

Washer not fixed
Tech arrived and put in new computer. He turned washer on and left. He didn't wait for the cycle to complete. Unfortunately, the same error code popped up that we were seeing before. But - Now washer is locked shut. Does not matter if I unplug it. Can't get it open if plugged in continues to error out can't get past error to turn off or get open. If unplugged can't get it open either, we left it unplugged all night. It's a front load washer and the gasket is getting moldy and mildewy right now. Please help address this. I did a recall thru AHS and The earliest you can come back is 11/20 for a repair that was NOT done correctly on 11/2. My washer will be ruined, we will never get the smell out. I need this addressed today to avoid ruining the washer, please help. Thank you.

Technician Service
I waited all day 10 hours for technician..Eddie. this was a re-scheduled appointment that you guys rescheduled from earlier this month. Not me. After not fixing the problem the first time, 3 months ago. Eddie called at 3:13 pm to say he was going to an appointment in Circleville and would be by after that...asked a bunch of questions about my fridge...4:25 pm I saw his van slow down in front of my driveway then drove off.. thought he was going down the road to turn around and come back. 5:01 pm I called the number he called me from and got voice mail. Left him a message..Asked when he was coming? That i saw him slow down and drive a way. After 6 or 7 calls to Sears I'm told he says "customer cancelled at the door" I'm sure he has a GPS tracker on his van that would show he came this way so he can still get paid. I geuss he had better things to do than his job! Now I have had to reschedule...again..this will be the third time. I do not want this same tech back at my house. He obviously cant fix my fridge and I have no appreciation for someone that lies...

Tech. Wouldn't installed new pump
My washer machine stopped removing/pumping out water from my washer. I called AHS on 8/30 to schedule repairs. A Tech. called me to determine the problem over the phone by entering codes. The problem was the pump and ordered a new pump sent to my home, but it could not be installed until the 9/21. AHS sent Sears and they found the filter was clogged and the drain hose was inserted too deep in the drain. They reposition the hose and cleaned the filter and said that was the issue and didn'tneed the new pump installed. SEARS did not install the new pump and took the new pump with them. They never ran a complete wash cycle. Once they left I washed a load and the clothes were still soaking wet. The Sears techs were lazy and dismission to take the time to replace the new pump that AHS had order. This is unexceptable. I waited 3 weeks for my washer to be fixed. Sears or whatever their new name, is a company I never want in my home again. So what are they doing with the new pump. I still have soggy wet clothes.
