Water heater leaking
Tech was here on time looked at prob told us he could nor fix. Said we had to get new tank & cost would be covered by our service agreement

Item not fixed
Freezer/refrigerator is not working. Work was on September 18th and not working again. Can not get a hold of anyone at the office to inform them that it is not fixed. Technician was friendly and thought he repaired the refrigerator. Not repaired. Purchased some food last night and to find the food thawed and tossed the food away. Someone get in touch with me. I need it fixed. ASAP

Refrigerator fiasco
0 stars for Pierre. He said he fixed the refrigerator, but it was not fixed. Service appointment was changed frequently. I had to wait several weeks for another appointment in which he ordered parts and advised me there would be no cost since it was not fixed the 1st time. But on the 3rd appointment, a different service man said there was a cost. So Pierre was not truthful. Very poor customer service and very poor repair skills. Pierre was not knowledgeable and unreliable.

The technician that you guys sent here was terrible. He was basically like a robot. He didn't make any eye contact. He didn't talk to me. He didn't tell He didn't want me in the room with him when he was working and he didn't tell me what his findings were, he evaded every question, and I asked him and referred me to my Homeowners insurance. He was borderline, rude, an older gentleman, I would hope and think that has experiencing customer service or at least in being polite? he was terrible, my grandchildren are better communicators, then he was if George won't home warranty ever use Sears as a repairs service company, I don't want him. I don't ever want him or anyone like him to ever come to my house again. He didn't even tell me he was leaving. He left out of the house and then called me on the phone from his Van, when I tried to question him about What was wrong with my furnace? He just told me that he sent a report to choice homewarranty, and that I needed to contact them, or they would contact me any question that I asked him that was his answer To any and all questions.. He may as well been a robot. I contacted choice home warranty, he gave them a false report about failure to property maintain my furnace. they know that's not true. I've requested an investigation, and review It's being appealed. Your technician is not an honest person and unprofessional

Almost non verbal except for immediately asking for the payment. No introduction of himself. Not friendly at all. Very evasive, not forthcoming with any diagnosis or information concerning the furnace. I don't like his style of customer service at all. Wouldn't want him to return for any reason going forward. His behavior to me was borderline rude and unprofessional.

Not satisfied with service
He acted as if he did not want to do the work. He was so focused on the deposit more than fixing my ac. Did not address the leaking I told him about. Went in the basement and looked for a minute. Did not do a thorough check in my opinion. Somehow broke one of my vents not sure how that happened and I didn't even get upset about that as I could have I am and was more upset that he was not giving the time to look over things. He got started around 9:21 and was out by 9:30

Terrible. Shut off my gas
I just confirmed he had no right as a service tech to shut my furnace off. Certified technicians worked on it Friday and did not detect co2. I called them after tech left, they verified he had no authority to do that especially in an occupied home. They have serviced Pulse units for 37 years and if they felt there was an issue they would have red tagged it and shut it down. I still have no remedy, for a person to walk in and right from the start say "I already know what's wrong with it", and not tools to pressure test it or do anything was a complete waste of time and now shut the gas off to my furnace in my occupied home. Well that's putting me and my family in danger and based on what? Nothing, no testing or dismantling any part of the unit.

Terrible tech attitude
Very bad attitude. Kept cutting me off when I would ask him questions. Called before 8am and said he was on his way but called again at 8:45am and said he was close but didn't arrive until after 10am. Didn't want the make any recommendations for more work that I needed. Please don't ever send this tech to my house ever again.
