i did not like the fact that he said he did not have to open the furnace to check it. he opened it and then he shut back up without doing anything to check the interior of the furnace.

Kurtis was great. He actually showed up during the window of time he gave, and actually attempted to make the repair to see what was going on. He actually took the time to try to do the job. The other technicians have been terrible; didn't do anything or didn't even show up. As far as I'm concerned Kurtis is the only positive experience I've had with A&E since this repair situation started back at the beginning of August. Everything else has been terrible. Every time I called I was never able to actually speak to a human being. Kurtis - great. Everything else - absolutely terrible.

The technician was an hour late after we got a text saying he was supposed to be there at 11:30. He didn't show up till 1220 then I asked for the parts that he replaced and he said he didn't replace any parts and I kind of find that odd because if we had a part that went bad why wouldn't he have the old part feel like I got ripped off feel like he might've put the part in his bag and didn't want to replace it because it was hard to do not really happy with your service

For a dishwasher service Sears sent a refrigerator tech. I'm not sure he did all that should be done.

Water heater leaking
Tech was here on time looked at prob told us he could nor fix. Said we had to get new tank & cost would be covered by our service agreement
