Kurtis was very courteous, knowledgeable. & efficient. The only problem we had was not with Kurtis but with Sears for scheduling our appointment & evidently there were too many appointments for that day already ; So Kurtis had to come the next day later in the day & put on the part but another issue was needed another part to finish & could not come back for 2 more days but was too late in that day to come due to scheduling & came late late on 11/22/2024 like around 5:00 pm to finish the job. So it took him all week due to scheduling plus to go find & get the other part that was not anticipated originally. Kurtis apologized & stated that Sears had a new system & that there were still "glitches" being worked out.
