Kurtis arrived early, promptly got to work on the dryer, diagnosed the problem and had the part for the repair, so he got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also recommended we take a look at the Sear's Home Protection Plan to see if it compared to our current home warranty plan for coverage and price, and we really appreciated that.

Elbert was absolutely phenomenal at troubleshooting our repair service. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and doing and recapped what he replaced at the end of the service. He even helped show me how I can clean my AC unit to allow it to run more efficiently! Elbert is a true professional and master of his craft.
