Lito was friendly, polite, efficient, and honest. One of the few service people I would request for future jobs. He also alerted me to a health risk that neither I nor 99.99% of the public would ever know about: The lining of (apparently all) ice makers eventually wears off in flakes that then enter the water...so you're drinking them. Yikes!! Thank you for your incredible work, Lito! And tell your boss I said to give you a raise!!
