I decided to test my appliance again and it was fine. Kurtis informed my of what caused my initial issue and asked me to keep him posted if the problem continues. A+ service!

Bennie was timely, polite, knowledgeable, nice and completed the repair quickly. However, I will never use Sears for a repair again. Their repair time was said to be done in one day. It took 1 month. It's almost impossible to talk to a live person. They tell you how long it will take after they already have your money.
