Came early enough in the day that I could get on with the rest of my day - thank you. Elbert was polite, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. When i talked to the person who set up the appointment, I stressed that i have a gas Boiler. All the correspondence said forced air gas furnace. Also, today I got a notice about an appointment for tomorrow. I tried respond to the call to tell no appointment, but could not!!! I hope that no one shows up here tomorrow!!!
