This Tech was honestly one of the best I have ever had in my home in 30 years!!!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and competent!! He had with him a trainee and it was absolutely amazing to see him tell him things, while also answering my questions. Thank you for having the "best" technician I have had in years! I have another problem with my dishwasher and I am calling your company next week!!!

We initially had a miscommunication with the service day call, but we worked through it amicably. He arrived about 11 AM and was done in 30 minutes. He said he wanted to make sure the furnace did its complete cycle. Also advised me to use white vinegar instead of bleach for tubal cleaning each qtr. I'll use his advice. I even gave his some Halloween candy as a treat. Enjoy it in appreciation! Have a great winter!
