Gregory was absolutely fabulous! He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned out an area of my lint trap that I couldn't reach. He also gave great advice about my dryer vent and how to seal the vent properly. I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Gregory and Sears Home Service!

Mark identified the problem with my washer almost immediately. The overheat sensor in my dryer malfunctioned. He was able to identify the problem quickly and make the repair. He also checked the dryer and vents after the service.
