Toby did a great job finding the real problem with our dishwasher. Too bad we didn't have Sears/Toby for the initial repair. I think a different repair company was too hasty in charging us for a part we didn't need.

Jeffrey was very thorough in checking all areas of the washer to properly diagnose the issues and recommend repair options. Unfortunately, the most important parts were unavailable due to the age of the washer, but he was very personable and trustworthy. Also, he arrived on time, which I truly appreciated.
