Chris introduced himself. He immediately got to work. Chris tested the doors to make sure they were working properly. Lubricant were applied to both doors. I had a couple questions which Chris was happy to answer. Very nice experience.

Jeff, the technician was GREAT - BUT - I scheduled ALL 3 APPLIANCES & THEY ONLY GAVE HIM ONE - SO HE COULDN'T DO WHAT WAS SCHEDULED DUE TO HIS TIME CONSTRAINTS! This is BAD BUSINESS BY SEARS!! NOW - I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE 18th TO DO WHAT WAS PROMISED TODAY!!
