Great experience!
The technician was thoughtful in putting on shoe covers when entering my home. He explained what he was doing while he was repairing the fridge. He showed me how to clean the condenser coil and repositioned the wheels on the back so it could slide out without damaging the floor. Polite and professional!

John checked my washer and the connection for leaks. He then ran water into washer and drained it looking for leaking. After not finding any he continued looking and finally discovered where it was coming from. He was very thorough and professional.
