Mark is THE BEST!!
Mark came out and identified the issue with my oven. Of course it was an element out and he had to find the part. I was panicking as Thanksgiving is next week!! He said he would try his best... well I was not expecting him to not only find the part, drive to go get it and be back at my house the next day to install! He really went above and beyond! He is a professional with excellent customer service skills! I was so lucky to have him for my repair! Thank you Mark!!!!

While disappointed in the company for committing to multiple days and me staying home from work and NO tech showing. Brian G was professional and knowledgable. The customer service team was horrible and those doing the scheduling need a new process. They have me reconsidering my choice with the warranty/service program.
