Dealing with only AI and no live human customer service is extremely frustrating. My technician had no idea what issues I was having with my gas range because your system only offered check boxes of the problem/s I was having. None of your check box items were appropriate and you offer no freeform text boxes. I will most likely go to a smaller, independent repair service that doesn't feel the need for 'state-of-the-art bells and whistles' when and if needed in the future.

Pierre was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to run up to the store to get a sealant that was necessary for the gas connector. He went out of his way to fix it correctly and not expose our family to a gas leak. We are so appreciative! He was careful to avoid damage to our counter while removing and replacing the stovetop. He was also patient when we couldn't understand some of his accent.

Our entire experience with Sears Home Services has been excellent. Easy scheduling online with the ability to add details such as model and serial number with description of problem. Lots of great communication via text and email with the additional courtesy call from Kurtis when he was on his way. He found the problem right away, had the part on his truck, and installed it immediately. He tested the washer to ensure it worked and was on his way! Payment is secure and easy to complete on my smartphone. We highly recommend Sears for the entire experience!
