After a disastrous experience on day 1, when I finally learned after 4pm that no one would be showing up for my 8am - 12 scheduled repair time, day 2 was the opposite. Chris called with plenty of notice to let me know he was on his way and what time to expect him. Upon arrival, he was able to repair the refrigerator in just a few minutes because, based on obvious experience, he came prepared with a different part(that he stopped to pick up at the store on his way) than what I’d been sent “just in case”. His hunch was right, and I could not have been happier with his service. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, not to mention so kind to my German Shepherd, who took to him instantly. Dogs have undeniably accurate instincts. Thank you, Chris!!!
