Sears on-time service appointments SUCK
Prior to today, we've had 7 appointments. The very first 2 appts, the tech could not service due to additional parts needing to be ordered. The last 5 appointments were no shows, We revived no calls, texts or emails. I had to wait until after 5pm to call Choice Home Warranty and Sears to find out that the tech was not coming. My husband and myself made arrangements to be here ALL DAY on those days: 8/31, 9:14, 9,18, 9/28 and 10/3. You are inconsiderate of peoples time. And this survey is a joke, because you're not going to improve your customer service. I would never recommend any of your services to anyone, neither would I but any of your appliances. I will do an online negative review about your service. This has been an ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..
