I was absolutely please with Scott, very professional, very friendly as well. He called several places ro get my parts..He tried one more place in Blue Ash who had the parts..He went all the way there and back, put the part in ..He went over and above to satisfy our refrigerator needs and I was happy..I recommend Scott wholeheardedly..
