Impossible to talk to a human via phone. The virtual scheduling keeps giving me an appointment for 7AM to 6PM. Then during the 11AM hour they text that no one is available today please reschedule. Today was the third appointment they texted me to reschedule. Their scheduling system is a joke

The technician was a really nice guy. This review is regarding the business practices of Sears. They knew before coming to my house exactly what washing machine I had, the part they were ordered for what they presumed was wrong, the price they would charge for that part and associated labor cost. So they knew that what they would be charging me would be more than my washer is worth. On top of that, they marked a $200 part up to $335 and wanted to charge $400 in labor for a job that would take under an hour. Completely unreasonable. I found this out as soon as the tech arrived at my house and yet I was not permitted to cancel the service appt because the part had already been ordered. I did not ask them to pre order the part nor did I authorize that. So they insisted they had to charge me the $120 for the service call. On top of that, the service manager will not return my call regarding this. I am extremely unhappy with Sears.

The technician came out literally did not do anything. He didn't take anything apart just opened the refrigerator door and kept saying he couldn't find anything wrong. He stood there and kept saying unhumm when I was explaining to him the issues. The light was out in the fridge and it was at 34 degrees on 1 setting out of 9. He steady opened the fridge saying the temp is now at 37 so its fine. Ah duh it will drop temp when you keeping the door stretched open. All He kept saying was I don't know what to tell ya. Then he offered to sell me something. I said what will that do. He says probably nothing. Omg it was just so much and I'm tired of writing. I will never use they services again.

Sean, the service technician was polite. He told me my unit had to be replaced. He went to his vehicle and contacted someone. He told me the warranty company would contact me to send an installed for the new unit. After 2 days I contacted the warranty company his report is not complete. I contacted Sears (Aliana) and was told my unit is working fine. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Sean needs to complete the report so the warranty company can proceed. NO A/C for a month now. I am a heart patient, diabetic and 72 years old. Sears told me he said the unit was working when he left after I paid him $85 for service fee. The warranty company said they have 72 more hours before I guess they SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT. Meanwhile NO A/C temperature is average 85 plus. I'm visiting family and friends due to house too hot 🔥.

He had no idea what he was doing, worst service call I’ve ever been forced to pay for. I had to show him how the icemaker worked and I had to take it out for him. Thanks for a waste of my time and money

Terrible experience. Do not use Sears. Way to long to post, but the gist is they came out and said what was wrong, ordered the parts to be delivered to our house and scheduled a date they would return. We then paid them in FULL for the parts, diagnostic fee and labor; and the work was never done. There was a disagreement between the technician that was supposed to come out and myself, and then he refused to come out. Sears has not refunded me the money for the labor, which is all I asked for; I was willing to pay for everything else. I have called numerous times and supervisors have "escalated" my complaint and request for refund to no avail. This has been going on for over two months. In the meantime, we had to get a separate company to come out and fix it, incurring another fee.

No one came. Second time and no one shows up. I waited all day for nothing. Didn’t even call or cancel ahead. 6 weeks without freezer. Not sure why anyone is using this company Technician Comments We do not service anything we can not get parts for
